Appointment Cancellation Policy
Morphos Dreadlock Parlor has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.
You can cancel or change your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you are within the 24 hours, your deposit is collected as the fee for not cancelling in the allotted amount of time given. If you call prior to the closing of our previous opened business day you may cancel and be refunded your deposit. Wednesdays and Saturdays we are closed and you will not be refunded if you call on this day.
This policy is in place out of respect for our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
“NO-SHOWS” or Same Day Cancellations
Non-cancellations (or “NO-SHOWS”) as well as Same Day Cancellations will be charged 100% of the deposit booked. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments online. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.
Late Guests Policy
We understand “life happens”. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us! We do allow a 15 minute “Grace Period” and you will still be seen by your tech. If you arrive past the 15 minute “Grace Period” you will lose your deposit and be put in line as a walk-in. If there are no techs available after your arrival you will be charged 100% of the deposit booked, and you will be marked as a “NO-SHOW”, you will be required to rebook with another deposit. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day.
